When submitting an application for membership with Money Miracle Wealth, it is crucial that you provide accurate and factual information. This is not just a simple request, but a binding requirement. The information provided will be used to carry out critical evaluations and checks, such as credit checks and background checks, and failure to provide true and factual information could lead to your application being rejected. Furthermore, knowingly providing false or misleading information may be considered fraudulent and could lead to legal action. Money Miracle Wealth reserves the right to refuse applications on the basis of inaccurate or false information, as this compromises the integrity of our operations and could potentially contravene legal and regulatory obligations. It’s important to understand that our assessment process is thorough and is aimed at ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) legislation and Sharia law.
Upon submission of your application, an Engagement Fee is mandated. This fee is employed to offset expenses related to your application’s processing, which encompasses background assessments, credit scrutiny, and other mandatory inquiries in compliance with AML legislation and Sharia law. Please be advised that this fee is non-refundable in the event of adverse discoveries within credit or other reports leading to unsuccessful application. Importantly, the Engagement Fee remains distinct from any capital sum you decide to pledge and does not serve as a payment towards any capital amount dedicated for trading or any other sort of payment. Its sole purpose is to cover application processing expenses.
Once your account has been successfully established, the Engagement Fee will be accredited to your Capital Reserve Account. It is crucial to understand that paying the Engagement Fee does not assure approval of your application. Should your application be unsuccessful due to unfavourable reports, the Engagement Fee is non-refundable. Therefore, ensure that all information you submit is precise since neither Money Miracle Wealth nor our agents will assume responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions. By presenting your application and paying the Engagement Fee, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. Rest assured that your data is handled with utmost care and in accordance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). Money Miracle Wealth is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your personal information. We have in place robust security measures and strict policies to safeguard your information and we will only use your data for the purposes you have agreed to.
We take fraudulent applications very seriously. Instances of fraud will be dealt with in the strongest possible terms, potentially involving law enforcement agencies. We encourage honesty and transparency in all our transactions to foster a trustworthy environment for all members.

However, cryptocurrency acceptance is governed by our standard terms and conditions. To ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws, we implement stringent legal and regulatory checks on all transactions.
While we offer cryptocurrency as an option for Members’ Capital Commitments, we currently do not accept it for payment of the Engagement Fee. Traditional payment methods such as bank transfers, credit cards, or debit cards remain the accepted modes for this purpose. We continuously strive to balance innovation in financial technology with strict adherence to regulatory standards.
